I. For shipments within Germany
For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:
1. Prepayment via bank transfer
Transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 7 days, stating the purpose of the transfer. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail during order processing.
2. Delivery on account (only by prior arrangement)
After receipt of the invoice, please transfer the amount to be paid by you to our bank account within 7 days.
3. Payment via PayPal, credit card, direct debit
You can pay conveniently via the PayPal payment service. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can easily do so at www.paypal.com. Please note the terms and conditions and other notices of PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., which are not the responsibility of PAN Conrad GmbH & Co. KG are responsible for.
As part of the PayPal Plus program, you can also pay conveniently by credit card, invoice or direct debit without having to set up a PayPal account. Please refer to our General Terms and Conditions for more information.
4. Payment on collection
You collect the goods from us yourself: We will first inform you by e-mail that the goods you have ordered are ready for collection. After receiving this e-mail, you can collect the goods by making an appointment at the following address:

In this case, no shipping costs will be charged. All PayPal Plus payment options are available in our store, as well as EC, credit card and cash payment.
II. For shipping outside Germany
