Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K Underwater Housing by Nauticam
With the Pocket Cinema Camera 4K, Blackmagic is giving users affordable 4K Raw video. The Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K delivers true DCI 4K capture at 60fps recorded in either 12-bit Blackmagic raw format or a variety of 10-bit ProRes flavors. Video can be recorded internally to SD or CFast 2.0 cards or via USB-C to a compact SSD. The MicroFourThirds mount means a large selection of lenses. The Nauticam NA-BMPCCII goes beyond just housing the Pocket Cinema Camera 4K by also supporting additional batteries, a portable SSD and the ability to use external monitors or Recorders. THE BLACKMAGIC POCKET CINEMA CAMERA 4K Blackmagic has built its reputation on defying convention and over-delivering specifications at a reasonable price point. This has perhaps never been truer than with the new Black Magic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K. Sporting a spec sheet that compares to cameras costing thousands of dollars more, the Black Magic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K provides true DCI 4K @ 60fps from its MFT sensor with an impressive 13 stops of dynamic range. 1080 HD can be recorded up to 120fps in windowed format. Particularly impressive; the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K can record this resolution internally to UHSII V90 SD or CFast 2.0 cards in either 10-Bit ProRes or 12-Bit Raw formats. This significant improvement in workflow for professionals and enthusiasts can be taken even further with the world’s first USB-C output to compact SSD recording provided by any manufacturer. Not only does this allow up to 2TB of storage for uninterrupted shooting, it provides immediate access to clips for editing. No additional downloads or transcoding! Underwater shooters will appreciate the new dual native ISO allowing superior lowlight/low noise performance as well the large, bright five inch touchscreen monitor with extensive tools that may eliminate the need for an external monitor in many applications. The Black Magic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K may well prove to be the ultimate run-and-gun camera whether as a primary rig or the “small” B camera that goes where others won’t. Noteworthy Specifications: Full size HDMI with clean 10-Bit Output 3D LUT compatible – whether just for monitoring or baked into the footage as well 4 built in mics and mini-XLR audio input with 48V phantom power Standard Canon LP-E6 Batteries 4th Generation Black Magic Color Science THE NA-BMPCCII UNDERWATER HOUSING The NA-BMPCCII is not just an update of the original NA-BMPCC, it is a ground up redesign for the new Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K designed to take full advantage of the great new features of this cinema camera. MISSION CONTROL Nauticam's design philosophy is driven by allowing immediate access to all essential controls within easy reach of the handles, allowing the shooter to make adjustments without having to take their eyes off the screen. Within reach of the right handle are the trigger as well as a control dial for iris, a lever to capture still images as well as a double thumb lever for the white balance and autofocus. A recessed double thumb lever, situated between the trigger and the rear thumb lever accesses the ISO and Shutter Angle (Shutter Speed). Three assignable buttons are atop the housing near the right handle as well as three buttons on the right rear for HFR, Auto-Iris, Zoom and Menu. A thumb lever on the left side activates Review. The NA-BMPCCII features DSLR style ergonomic handles with stainless steel stiffening brackets that are compatible with the optional handle strap (PN 28130). The rear monitor window is compatible with the Monitor Shade for the NA-502 Housing (PN 17916) which attaches via four screws. The underside of the housing has mounting points for use with the Tripod Mounting Ball Set (PN 25218) removing the use for a bulky tripod plate. PREMIUM PROFESSIONAL OPTICS The NA-BMPCCII is built around the N85 Port System which offers a variety of port configurations for a large selection of lenses. The Pocket Cinema Camera 4K features a four thirds lens mount making it compatible with the Olympus M.Zuiko 14-42mm F3.5-5.6 II R lens that when paired with the WWL-1 provides ultra-sharp full-zoom-through wide-angle performance. The WWL-1, when used with the bayonet mount system can be exchanged underwater for the optional CMC-1 or CMC-2 to allow for the capturing of up to 130º wide-angle, macro and super-macro all on the same dive. HDMI 2.0 READY The housing features several bulkheads including the large-bore M28 which supports the use of an HDMI 2.0 recorder such as the Atomos Ninja V through the Nauticam Atomos Ninja V Housing (PN 17922). CUSTOM BATTERY PACK AND SSD SUPPORT To allow for increased run-time, the NA-BMPCCII comes with a custom battery cage that holds 4 x 18650 Lithium Batteries (batteries not included). This battery cage sits securely beneath the camera inside the housing and connects directly to the camera's power supply input. With 4x3400 mAh batteries, the run-time of the system can exceed 3 hours. Atop the camera's position inside the housing is a slot that holds a compact T5 SSD which connects to the camera via USB-C. Run Times Canon LP-E6 internal battery: 40min 4 x 16850 Battery: up to 160min Total Run Time: 3hrs 20min VACUUM CHECK AND LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM The Nauticam vacuum check and leak detection system is shipped with NA-BMPCCII as standard equipment. With the pre-installed vacuum valve, this monitoring system provides constant updates on the water tight and safe-to-dive status of the housing. A simple color coded LED lighting system lets the user know that the vacuum is solid, or that the housing is losing vacuum. Leak detection is built into the same circuit, so if there is water intrusion, an audible and visual indication will occur. The Nauticam system is temperature compensated, eliminating false alarms caused by a change in outside temperature, or from a camera heating up on an action packed dive.

Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Underwater Housing by Nauticam
THE BLACKMAGIC POCKET CINEMA CAMERA 6K More than just a 6K version of the already capable Pocket Cinema Camera 4K, the Pocket Cinema Camera 6K adds a larger Super35 sensor behind an EF lens mount. Bothy cameras feature the ability to capture full-resolution (6K at 6144 x 3456) capture at 60fps in BlackMagic RAW format. Dual Native ISO means there are two base ISO levels, ISO 400 for scenes with adequate natural light and ISO 3200 for those low-light situations. Each of the base ISO levels offers a similar level of dynamic range while minimizing noise in the image. The Pocket Cinema Camera 6K also supports the use of an external power supply and recording direct to external media via USB-C 3.1. An HDMI output (1080p) allows for the use of an external monitor or recorder. The addition of cinema styled Zoom and Focus knobs to the housing adds to the flexibility of the system, allowing users to choose between N120 Cinema System EF-mount gears OR N120 DSLR Canon EF-mount gears. When used with the Cinema System gears, Focus and Zoom are controlled by the control dials on the housing, whereas with the standard DSLR style gears the function will be similar to that on a Nauticam DSLR housing with the Zoom controlled on the housing and Focus by the control gear on the port extension. In addition to the standard ports available in this system the NA-BMPCC6K will have access to the latest Nauticam premium professional optics such as the Wide Angle Conversion Port (WACP), the SMC-1/2 magnifiers. T5 SSD Support More than just an underwater housing, the NA-BMPCC6K is an underwater cinema platform. Inside the housing is dedicated notch for a Samsung T5 USB-C SSD. Canon EOS C70 Underwater Housing by Nauticam
The Canon EOS C70 packs a lot of the features we love about cinema cameras into a small mirrorless style body.  With a Super35 sensor using Canon's next generation Dual Gain Output, the C70 also includes Dual Pixel CMOS AF autofocus, a built in ND filter and is the first EOS cinema camera to use Canon's new RF lens mount.  When you combine that with the "Canon Color" we have come to love underwater, this makes for one of the most compact and capable cinema cameras to date.   THE CANON EOS C70 CINEMA CAMERA The Canon EOS C70 is a compact form-factor cinema camera built around a Super35 Dual Gain Output (DGO) Sensor.  With 16+ stops of high dynamic range the C70 can record DCI 4K up to 60fps and 2K up to 120fps.  Without the extended dynamic range it can capture UHD 4K up to 120fps and 2k up to 180fps.  Integrated into the camera is a motorized 10-stop Neutral Density filter along with an air intake system allowing for unlimited video recording. KEY CAMERA SPECIFICATIONS: Super35 Dual Gain Output (DGO) Sensory DCI 4K 60p, Hi-Speed UHD 4K 120p/2K 180p Dual Pixel CMOS AF 16+ Stops of High Dynamic Range DIG!C DV7 Image Processory Canon Log 2 and Log 3 Gamma Dual SD Card Slots RF Lens Mount Built-in ND Filters  THE NAUTICAM NA-C70 UNDERWATER HOUSING Nauticam has long been producing industry-leading housings for Cinema cameras and have taken that experience to create the most advanced underwater cinema system housings available. Taking advantage of the small form factor of the C70, the Nauticam NA-C70 is ultra-portable yet offers full access to the camera's critical functions.  Regardless of where a button or control dial may lie on the camera body, Nauticam engineers obsess over making sure that access to that control on the housing be intuitively placed for ease of use to insure no shot is missed while searching for a button or dial.  To take this a step further, Nauticam has also integrated the Nauticam to Canon SDK Control Board in the rear door of the housing which places a variety of electronic control functions at your finger tips.  This connects to the camera through pogo pins between the rear housing door and the front camera tray eliminating the risk of straining any cables while opening the housing door for media or battery changes.   The Canon C70 present shooters with the ability to use both the available legacy EF lenses via an adaptor in addition to the native RF optics.  To support both the legacy and native lenses, Nauticam has integrated the NA-C70 into the N120 port system. Canon's EF to EOS R mount adaptors can be affixed to the camera before insertion into the housing. When using the EOS C70 inside the housing with the EF to EOS R adaptor and a supported EF lens, the port and extension ring arrangement will be identical to the same setup on a Nauticam Canon N120 EF-Mount housing.  Two lens release buttons, one for RF and one for EF, are located on the front of the housing to make lens removal through the port opening simple.  In addition to the standard EF to EOS R adaptors, there is also support for the Canon EF to EOS R 0.71x Mount Adaptor through an optional 16702 NA-C70 Camera Tray.   The housing will accommodate the Canon BP-A30 and larger BP-A60 batteries, providing plenty of run time. As with previous Cinema System housings, the Nauticam NA-C70 features large control knobs for focus and zoom which also feature marking disks that can be removed and marked with the desired lens position or focus information. INTEGRATED VACUUM CHECK AND LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM The Nauticam vacuum check and leak detection system is shipped with NA-C70 as standard equipment.  With the optional 25625 M16 Vacuum Valve II, this monitoring system provides constant updates on the water tight and safe-to-dive status of the housing. PREMIUM PROFESSIONAL OPTICS Optical performance is just as necessary as camera performance and this becomes even more critical given the challenges of filming underwater. The Nauticam NA-C70 uses the same N120 Port System as the previous N120 cinema housings which makes for a seamless transition for those upgrading or looking to add an additional camera to their lineup.  While this system provides exceptional optical-glass and flat port solutions for a wide variety of EF and RF mount lenses, the real power can be realized using Nauticam's Water Contact Optics. This lineup of dry and wet lenses are conceived using commercial lens-design software to achieve truly unparalleled underwater image quality both for stills and video in both macro and wide-angle situations. The WACP-1 and WACP-2 achieve ultra-wide 130º fields-of-view with reduced distortion over conventional optics while featuring ~0" minimum focus distances, zoom through capabilities and unbeatable corner sharpness at even wide-open apertures such as F5.6. The SMC-1 and SMC-2 macro wet-optics, when used with the Canon 100mm F2.8L macro lens provide 2x and 4x magnification respectively and the SMC-1 actually provides a resulting image with increased contrast and sharpness than the 100mm lens itself can achieve in air without a magnifier. Lens support The RED V-RAPTOR 8K has a Canon RF lens mount, but Canon EF lenses are also supported through the Canon EF to EOS R adapter.  The Nauticam Raptor housing offers full support for Canon RF lenses along with the Canon EF to EOS R adapter and the Canon EF to EOS R adapter with variable ND filter or control ring.  On the left side of the housing is an easily accessible control wheel for smooth ND changes.  Regardless of the choice of EF or RF lens, changing lenses is quick and easy and requires no tools.  Note that when switching between RF and EF lenses, the camera must be removed from the housing to remove or install the RF-to-EF adapter.  Nauticam is constantly testing new lenses to offer optimised connection and extension combinations. Large cinema-style control wheels on the housing, within easy reach of the handles, allow precise manual focus and zoom control with the supported lenses when used with the appropriate lens kit.   The Nauticam Raptor housing, in conjunction with the 16410 N120-to-N200 port adapter, supports the use of selected cinema lenses and the associated N200 port system, as it is not limited to the use of DSLR lenses.  Installation is quick and easy and requires no tools, allowing seamless lens changes in the field - even when switching between DSLR and cinema lenses. Support for internal monitors In addition to the large viewing window for the Raptor's 2.4" LCD screen, Nauticam offers an optional rear housing for the Portkeys BM5WR monitor (16110).  This allows the monitor to be viewed by the cameraman from a natural filming position and provides an extremely slim system.  On the back of the monitor are control buttons for accessing the various tools of the BM5WR.   Support for external monitors The SmallHD 503 Ultrabright or Atomos Ninja V monitor can be mounted in the external Nauticam NA-503-S or Nauticam Atomos Ninja V-S enclosures and connected via SDI bulkheads and cables, allowing greater flexibility in positioning the monitor on the Nauticam Raptor enclosure.  SDI output Required accessories for the SDI cable system NA25058 M16 SDI-Bulkhead NA25060 SDI cable in 0.3 m length Recommended monitor housing NA17925S Nauticam NA-503-S Housing for Small HD 503 Ultrabright (SDI cable and bulkhead included) NA17922S Nauticam Atomos Ninja V-S Housing (SDI cable and bulkhead sold separately) Battery compatibility The RED V-RAPTOR 8K VV has an integrated Micro V-Lock battery interface.  Changing batteries is as easy as opening the housing, as the camera does not need to be removed to access the batteries.  The following batteries are supported in the housing: REDVOLT Micro-V 98Wh Anton Bauer Titon Micro V-Mount 45Wh/98Wh/140Wh bebob V-MICRO 45Wh/98Wh/150Wh/200Wh Core SWX NANO Micro 98Wh/147Wh Lithium-ion battery (V-mount) Fxlion NANO ONE/TWO Ultra Kompakt 50Wh/98Wh Hawk-Woods Mini V-Lok 14.4V 98Wh/150Wh Li-Ion battery IDX System Technology Imicro-150 14.5V 97Wh/145Wh Li-Ion V-Mount Battery SWIT PB-M98S 14.4V 98Wh Pocket Battery with D-Tap and USB Output (V-Mount) Ethernet remote control The Nauticam Raptor housing is designed to give the operator full control. However, it also supports an Ethernet surface feed in lengths of 5 m (Pole Cam) and 45 m (Studio). There is space in the housing to install a USB-C to Ethernet adapter, which would allow full control of the camera at the surface via the RedControl app.   Recommended Ethernet cables NA16261 Ethernet surface cable set in 45m length (incl. housing lemo bulkhead with integrated internal cable and external Duracell cables). Vacuum control and leakage warning system The Nauticam Raptor housing features Nauticam's field-proven vacuum testing and leak detection system, which provides constant information on the housing's watertight and submersible status. By applying a light vacuum inside the housing using a reliable and compact hand pump, the system can ensure watertightness before entering the water and during the dive. A simple colour-coded LED lighting system, clearly visible on the back of the enclosure, indicates to the user if the vacuum is stable or if the enclosure is losing vacuum. Leak detection is integrated into the same circuitry so that an audible and visual signal sounds if water penetrates. The Nauticam system is temperature compensated so that false alarms due to changes in outside temperature or heating of the camera during an action-packed dive are avoided.
