Payment Details
I. For shipping within Germany
For deliveries within Germany we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:
1. advance payment by bank transfer
Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 7 days, stating the purpose of payment. Our bank details and the purpose of the transfer will be sent to you separately by e-mail as part of the order processing.
2. delivery on account (only after prior consultation)
After receipt of the invoice you transfer the amount to be paid by you to our bank account within 7 days.
3. payment via PayPal, credit card collection, direct debit
You can comfortably pay via the payment service PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can do this on www.paypal.com. Please note the terms and conditions and other information of PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., which are not the responsibility of PAN Conrad GmbH & Co. KG.
Within the framework of the PayPal Plus Program you can also pay conveniently by credit card, on account or by direct debit without having to set up a PayPal account for this purpose. Please note the information in our General Terms and Conditions.
4. payment on collection
You pick up the goods yourself from us: We will first inform you by e-mail that the goods you have ordered are ready for collection. After receipt of this e-mail you can pick up the goods at the following address after making an appointment:

In this case no shipping costs will be charged. In our shop you can use all payment options of PayPal Plus, credit cards, debit cards or cash.
II. for shipping outside Germany
