Shipping costs

A dispatch of the goods is by default only possible to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, the goods will be shipped by DPD, UPS, DHL or by a forwarding agency. The respective shipping costs can be found in the list below.

If you wish to have the goods shipped to another country, please send us an e-mail (shop@panoceanphoto.com) before placing an order and please name the item with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postcode. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - should delivery to the desired delivery address be possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we must inquire about the shipping option and costs in advance with our shipping partner.

I. Shipping within Germany:

Up to a gross goods value of 100,- Euro the shipping costs amount to 7,90,- Euro. Up to a gross value of 200,- Euro the shipping costs amount to 4,90,- Euro. If the gross value of goods exceeds 200,- Euro, we ship free of charge throughout Germany.

For items that exceed a weight of 10 kg, we charge a surcharge of 9.90 euros per delivery address in addition to the stated shipping costs. This will be pointed out separately on the respective product page.

II. Shipping outside Germany

We deliver to the following countries:

Countries of the European Union (in unlimited value)

Up to a gross value of 100,- Euro the shipping costs are 9,90,- Euro. Up to a gross value of 200,- Euro the shipping costs are 14,90,- Euro. If the gross value of goods exceeds 200,- Euro, we ship free of charge throughout Europe.

Note on the delivery of items containing Li-ion or Li-metal batteries. We can only ship these free of charge to destinations that are supplied by the logistics companies by land. For deliveries where air transport is necessary (especially islands such as the Canary Islands, Azores, Malta or overseas territories), additional costs will apply, for which we are not responsible. Please enquire about these before placing an order.

Countries outside the European Union are only supplied by us after separate agreement. In individual cases, further costs may be incurred for which we are not responsible and which must be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money through credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate charges) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Further information can be found, for example, at http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/customs/customs_duties/index_de.htm and on import turnover tax at http://auskunft.ezt-online.de/ezto/Welcome.do and, specifically for Switzerland, at http://xtares.admin.ch/tares/login/loginFormFiller.do.

Delivery times

If you order several items from us as part of one order for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in a joint consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time will apply to the shipment of goods as a whole.

Working days are considered to be Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays in North Rhine-Westphalia as well as 24.12. and 31. December and Rose Mondays.

In the following table you will find the delivery times for shipping to other countries, which you must add to the delivery time indicated for the respective item.

  • Austria: 3 additional working days
  • Netherlands: 3 additional working days
  • Belgium: 3 additional working days
  • Luxembourg: 3 additional working days
  • all other EU countries: 5 additional working days

If public holidays occur in the destination countries during the delivery period, the delivery times increase accordingly.

Information on the calculation of the delivery date

The period for delivery shall commence in the case of payment in advance on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank or, in the case of other methods of payment, on the day after conclusion of the contract and shall end with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
