Dome Lens Provides Both Powerful Light and Underwater 110 degree Coverage Yet lightweight and compact body, the Z-330 is designed to produce powerful G.N. 33 (*1). Precisely designed front dome lens (*2) together with INON's unique patented "T-shape Twin Flash" successfully manages both powerful strobe light without sacrifice any power and circular 110 degree coverage UNDERWATER. Not as like a conventional translucent diffuser which can widen coverage while it has to sacrifice power and store heat inside, this specially designed dome lens diffuses light thanks to reflection ratio of air, acrylic and water to attain UNDERWATER coverage 110 degree with almost all powerful output coming through. Furthermore, the Z-330 has overcame drawback of high-power strobe which has long flash duration and reaches to FULL power after start flashing in significantly short period of time. Controller to Adjust Exposure of S-TTL Auto It is simple to fine-tune flash power in S-TTL Auto by dialing the EV. Control Switch on the back control panel. Bundled "Strobe Light Shade" to Prevent Shining Camera Lens The "Strobe Light Shade" is bundled as standard accessory to cut a part of strobe light to benefit to dramatically suppress flare or ghost by not shining camera lens directly and backscatter when a strobe is positioned to vicinity or ahead of lens port by blocking light between lens port and subject not to shine suspended particles. The flange part rotates 360 degree. Intuitive operation and comfortable adjustment is supported with light clicks even underwater while you shoot.   220 lumen, Shutter Linked Auto OFF Focus Light The built-in "Shutter-linked Auto-Off Focus Light" delivers 220lm brightness to support when focusing a subject and cease in synch with the shutter release then automatically turns ON again. To aim optical axis of the Focus Light in line with strobe light’s optical axis, the Focus Light has a fresnel lens in front supporting more accurate strobe aiming and improved usability as an aiming light. Conspicuous Phosphorescence Back Panel - Improved Intuitive Control Dials Using white base high-intensity phosphorescence material for the back panel to improve visibility both during day and night dive. Also control dials are enlarged for user-friendly controllability even through thick gloves during cold water diving. The "EV. Control Switch" stops at minimum and maximum power setting telling you current switch position without seeing the switch itself.   Radiation System to Release Generated Heat Inside The Z-330 strobe is equipped with circular metal heatsink carrying high thermal conductivity around light emitting area. The heatsink is directly connected to inner circuit component to release generated heat from strobe usage effectively. Improved heat tolerance has resolved heat problem typically accompanied with powerful strobe. No stress with sudden stop of flashing to cool down. Minimum Recycle Time "approx. 1.6 sec." at Full Flash Minimum recycle time at full flash (how fast the strobe ready lamp shines and the strobe is ready after making full flash) is approx. 1.6 sec.(*3) achieving fast recycle time even delivers powerful light. Wide Variety of Dome Filters The Z-330 strobe has a bayonet system to hold a strobe dome filter to attach/remove easily. Besides bundled "Strobe Dome Filter SOFT" to protect dome lens surface and soften strobe light, optional "Strobe Dome Filter ND" which steps down at -4EV, "Strobe Dome Filter [4600K]" which changes native color temperature to 4600K and "Strobe Dome Filter [4900K]" which changes to 4900K will be available in 2018. Both Optical/Electrical Trigger Supported Optical connection system widely supports from underwater housings for compact digital cameras to a digital SLR housings with built-in flash or SLRs housing with built-in LED trigger circuitry regardless of make or model. The strobe is equipped with Nikonos 5 pin type cable compatible sync connector to shoot in TTL Auto mode with a film camera or in Manual mode for a digital SLR housing with a bulk head (*4). Most modern Sea&sea underwater housing MDX-R for mirrorless full-frame camera Canon EOS R. Compact, compatible with YS optical converter and ergonomically designed. The Port Lock prevents the port from rotating or loosening, and the Port Lock lever is specially positioned to prevent accidental unlocking. The housing is equipped with a lens release button that allows for easy lens changes without having to öopen the housing. Pulling out the focus/zoom wheel provides enough space inside the housing to easily accommodate larger diameter lenses. All controls have luminescent decals that glow in dark environments. Fitted with the 0.5x optical viewfinder as standard. Other optional viewfinders such as the 0.66x and 0.8x optical viewfinders can be used. When the VF45 and VF180 1.2x are mounted on the housing, the corners of the camera's viewfinder cannot be viewed due to vignetting. The 2-pin sync cable connector allows the use of a conventional hard-wired sync cable (only in manual mode).
