Goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below as standard. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be carried out by DPD, UPS, DHL or a forwarding agent. The shipping costs incurred can be found in the list below.
If you would like us to ship to another country, please send us an e-mail (shop@panoceanphoto.com) before placing an order and tell us the item, the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding zip code. We will then inform you shortly whether we can also ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping options and costs.
Up to a total value of 100,- Euro the shipping costs amount to 7,90,- Euro. Up to a total value of 200,- Euro the shipping costs are 4,90,- Euro. If the total value of the goods exceeds 200,- Euro, we ship free of charge throughout Germany.
For items weighing more than 10 kg, we charge a surcharge of 9.90 euros per delivery address in addition to the stated shipping costs. This is indicated separately on the respective product page.
Countries of the European Union to an unlimited amount.
Up to a total value of 100,- Euro the shipping costs are 9,90,- Euro. Up to a total value of 200,- Euro the shipping costs amount to 14,90,- Euro. If the total value of the goods exceeds 200,- Euro, we ship free of charge throughout Europe.
Note on the delivery of items containing Li-ion or Li-metal batteries. We can only deliver these free of charge to destinations that are supplied by the logistics companies by land. For deliveries where air transportation is necessary (in particular islands such as the Canary Islands, Azores, Malta or overseas territories), additional costs are incurred, the amount of which is not our responsibility. Please enquire about these before placing an order.
We only deliver to countries outside the European Union by special arrangement. In individual cases, further costs may be incurred for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). In the following table you will find the delivery times for shipping to other countries, which you must add to the delivery time specified for the respective item.
If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment as a whole.
The period for delivery shall commence on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank in the case of payment in advance or on the day after conclusion of the contract in the case of other payment methods and shall end with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
