Panasonic's LX series cameras feature a large 4/3" sensor that allows for maintaining diagonal field of view regardless of aspect ratio. The LX100II bumps this effective resolution to a maximum of 17.0 MP at the 4:3 aspect ratio, up from 12.8MP on the LX100. The fixed 24-75mm equivalent zoom lens features a fast variable F1.7-2.8 aperture. With 4K photo burst mode the LX100II also allows for focus stacking and post focus of 8MP stills at 30fps which combines with an updated color rendering engine to enhanced Jpeg capture. An improved buffer allows for a blazing fast 11fps capture of up to 33 RAW images. THE PANASONIC LX100II CAMERA The LX100II features a big sensor improvement over its predecessor giving its multi-aspect ratio sensor a resolution increase from 12.8 to 17MP. The LX100II can also capture 4K video at up to 30fps with a crop factor of 1.34x. The updated buffer accommodates up to 33 RAW images at a fast 11fps (5.5fps with continuous autofocus), ideal for fast action continuous light shooting. When using the 4K photo burst mode the camera captures 8MP still images at up to 30fps which can be adjusted with post processing to either change the focal point or stacked to create deeper focus images. Nauticam housings for compact fixed-lens cameras are able to to enhance these systems for underwater use through native support for our underwater corrective optics. Access to essential controls is paramount when capturing underwater images. The NA-LX100II places these controls within easy reach of the shooter's natural hand position when using the housing. The LX-100II's customizable buttons are fully accessible, allowing for the optimization of the NA-LX100II to the user's needs. PREMIUM PROFESSIONAL OPTICS The NA-LX100II features Nauticam's N50 Port System. The housing ships with the N50 Standard Port that allows for full zoom-through capabilities as well as the possibility for attachment of the optional M67 Flip Mount which accepts either the CMC-1 or CMC-2 Compact Macro Converters. With the addition of these corrective optics the NA-LX100II gains the ability to capture true macro images with up to 4.5x magnification for the CMC-1 and 2.8x magnification for the CMC-2. The Standard Port can be changed in seconds without tools with the optional N50 Short Port with Bayonet Mount that supports the use of either the CMC-1/2 mentioned above with their optional Bayonet Mounts or the WWL-1 Wet Wide Lens wide angle corrective optic with Bayonet Mount. At a 28mm equivalent focal length, the WWL-1 provides an ultra-wide and ultra-sharp 130º field-of-view. 4K UHD VIDEO The NA-LX100II housing provides direct access to the camera's dedicated record button with a conveniently located red button near the upper right corner of the rear of the housing. The LX-100II can capture UHD 4K video at upt to 30fps but does so with a 1.34x crop. When using the WWL-1 for still images, it is necessary to zoom in to a 28mm equivalent focal length from the camera's maximum of 24mm, however when shooting video the camera can be left at its widest 24mm setting to mitigate some of the lost field-of-view due to the inherent crop factor of the camera. EASITRAY AND FLEXITRAY SYSTEM COMPATIBILITY The NA-LX100II provides a compact platform yet can be expanded to accommodate either the Nauticam Easitray or Flexitray systems. The Easi and Flexitray systems provide single or dual handles featuring standard 1" ball mounts for the mounting of lighting or other accessories. The NA-LX100II ships with stainless steel stiffening brackets and shutter release extension for use with these handle systems.

Der so genannte "N50"-Portanschluss ermöglicht die präzise Wahl optischer Lösungen für maximale Leistung im Wasser. Die Ports werden über einen Bajonettanschluss befestigt und sicher verriegelt. Der Zoomhebel ist so platziert, dass er leicht zugänglich ist und dem Video-Filmer ein sanftes Zoomen ermöglicht. Ein Sicherungsring verhindert ein Überzoomen bei Verwendung eines kurzen Ports. Dieses Gehäuse beinhaltet auch Griffhalterungen für die Verwendung mit dem optionalen Flexitray oder Easitray, die zusätzliche Stabilität bieten - wichtig bei der Aufnahme von hochauflösenden Videos. Das Leckalarm- und Vakuumüberwachungssystem Nauticam ist serienmäßig installiert. Dieses System gibt einen akustischen und visuellen Alarm bei jedem Wassereintritt in das Gehäuse, und wenn es mit einem zusätzlichen M16 Vakuumventil (NA25612) kombiniert wird, kann die wasserdichte Integrität des Systems vor dem Einbringen in das Wasser getestet und bei jedem Tauchgang überwacht werden. Das NA-LX100 ist die robusteste, ergonomischste und gut durchdachte Option, um diese leistungsstarke und dennoch kompakte Kamera unter Wasser zu nehmen. DAS N50 PORT SYSTEM Aufgrund der spezifischen Kamera- und Objektivfunktion der Panasonic LX100 ist ein spezielles Port-System erforderlich, um das Potenzial der Zubehör-Weitwinkelobjektive unter Wasser voll auszuschöpfen. Der im Lieferumfang des Gehäuses enthaltene NA-LX100 "Standard"-Anschluss ermöglicht den vollständigen Zoom und ist weit genug, um mit dem Objektiv in vollem Weitwinkel ohne Vignettierung aufzunehmen. Eine optionale Klapphalterung (NA25107 M67 Flip-Diopterhalter für NA-LX100 Standard Port) ermöglicht die Verwendung von Makroobjektiven mit Standardzubehör. Dieser Port ist ideal für mittelgroße Fischportraits, Nahaufnahmen und Makros mit zusätzlichen Nasslinsen. Es ist auch eine Dome-Port-Lösung erhältlich, die den Blickwinkel des Objekts in der Luft wiederherstellt und einen Zoom ermöglicht. Dies ist eine leichte Konfiguration, die einen überraschend großen Erfassungswinkel bietet. Dieser Port heißt N50 3.5? Acryl Dome Port (NA38702). Das vollständige Durchzoomen ist mit diesem Anschluss nicht möglich, bietet aber die größtmögliche Abdeckung bei minimaler Vignettierung für Weitwinkelaufnahmen.  INTEGRIERTES VAKUUMPRÜF- UND LECKERKENNUNGSSYSTEM Das Nauticam Vakuumprüf- und Lecksuchsystem wird standardmäßig mit dem NA-LX100 geliefert. In Kombination mit einem zusätzlichen Vakuumventil liefert dieses Überwachungssystem ständig aktuelle Informationen über den wasserdichten und sicheren Tauchzustand des Gehäuses. Ein einfaches, farbcodiertes LED-Beleuchtungssystem zeigt dem Benutzer an, ob das Vakuum stabil ist oder ob das Gehäuse Vakuum verliert. Die Leckageerkennung ist im gleichen Stromkreis integriert, so dass bei Wassereintritt eine akustische und optische Anzeige erfolgt. Das Nauticam-System ist temperaturkompensiert und eliminiert Fehlalarme, die durch eine Änderung der Außentemperatur oder durch die Erwärmung einer Kamera bei einem actionreichen Tauchgang verursacht werden.

The LCD Magnifier uses a specially designed underwater +10 achromatic optic and features a dioptric adjustment so the user can dial in the lens correction to get a very sharp view of the camera LCD. The molded rubber sunshade virtually eliminates problems seeing the LCD in bright sunlight.
