How does it work?
What you need to do
In order to be able to process the repair, it is necessary for our team to estimate the complexity of the repair. Please send an e-mail with a description of the damage and photos to our e-mail address.
Please note that the serial number of the product is often necessary for processing. You will find the number on the inside of housings or inside the battery compartment of flashes and lamps.
What you need to do
In order to be able to perform the repair, the item needs to be sent to our Service Centre. Please download the following form, print and fill it out (please tick "repair") and send it to our Service Centre together with the damaged item.
Please note that we cannot accept packages sent in freight collect. Unfortunately, we cannot process submissions without the completed and signed form!
What does it cost?
Should it be required that further damage needs to be repaired during the service, we will inform you of the costs in advance.
What happens next
As soon as your shipment has reached our Service Centre, you will receive a confirmation of arrival from us. Your order will then be processed by our Service Centre. As soon as the repair is completed, we will inform you by e-mail and send you the charges. As soon as the costs have been covered, we will send the repaired goods back to you.
Please note that depending on the workload of our Service Centre, the processing time may be three to four weeks.
