Nauticam is the industry leader in supporting underwater cameras with mirrorless interchangeable lenses. Nauticam has accommodated more mirrorless cameras and more Sony E (NEX) mount cameras than any other housing manufacturer. This experience leads to the most advanced line of housings with the widest range of accessories available today.
Nauticam is known for ergonomics and ease of use. The most important controls are located at the photographer's fingertips. The housing and accessories are lightweight and easy to mount. The camera locks in place without presetting, and changing lens mounts is hassle-free.
.Nauticam's build quality is renowned among underwater photographers around the world. The housing is made from a solid block of aluminum and then hard anodized, making it resistant to saltwater corrosion. Marine stainless steel and plastic parts complete the housing, and it is protected by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
WWL-1 AND CMC-1
Two attachment lenses from Nauticam are the perfect lenses for an A6300 underwater system. Both interchangeable lenses are designed for use in the water and offer the highest performance available today in a wet mount optic.
WWL-1 is a wide-angle conversion compatible with several Sony system lenses. The field of view is widest when combined with the Sigma 19mm f2.8 DN lens, which offers a 130-degree diagonal field of view. WWL-1 is also ideal for the Sony E 16-50mm F3.5-5.6 PZ OSS lens with üover 100 degree diagonal field of view and full zoom through range! With both lenses, peak sharpness, corner sharpness and contrast result in the clearest possible wide-angle images underwater.
.The special feature of wet lenses is their tremendous versatility, coupled with outstanding water performance. Both macro and super wide-angle lenses are available to the underwater photographer in the same dive. When paired with a mid-range lens, WWL-1 has a wider zoom range, better overall sharpness, and less violet fringing than any other Sony wide-angle lens tested behind a dome port.
Viewfinder Options
A clear view for fine focus and composition is critical for successful underwater photography, and nothing beats üa magnifying viewfinder. These viewfinders use distance, not close-up, and provide a large, clear view of Sony's high-resolution electronic viewfinder. Both viewfinders are available in 45º (NA32205) and straight (NA32204) formats, and feature external diopter adjustment for perfect correction of the photographer's vision.
Integrated vacuum check and leak detection system
.The Nauticam vacuum check and leak detection system is available as standard with NA-A6300. In combination with an optional vacuum valve (NA25624), this monitoring system provides constant information on the watertight and safe diving condition of the housing. A simple coded LED lighting system indicates to the user if the vacuum is stable or if the housing is losing vacuum. Leak detection is integrated into the same circuit, providing an audible and visual indication when water enters.
.Flash plug for INON S-TTL
With the NA-A6300 and a variety of optically-triggered flashes, reliable automatic flash exposure is possible. The Inon Z-240, D-2000, S-2000 and Sea&Sea YS-D1 flashes provide automated lighting and reproduce the camera's built-in flash with proportionally higher intensity. This system delivers precise automatic TTL flash output - even in manual mode - without electrical sync cables! The NA-A6300 comes fiber optic ready and accepts standard sea style socket connections. Nauticam fiber optic cables, available for both Inon and Sea&Sea strobes, provide the best light transmission and therefore more accurate TTL of any fiber optic cable on the market.
Strobes can be attached to the walker üvia optional ball cups attached to the Nauticam base plate handles, or üvia a single ball cup on the walker. The housing also has a hot shoe mount for a focus lamp or other mounting options for accessories.
