Atomos Ninja V Underwater housing by Nauticam
With more cameras offering high quality HDMI video output, the Atomos Ninja V steps in, not only as a stunning monitor but also as a recorder of 4K 60p 4:2:2 10-bit video to on-board SSD drives in edit-friendly ProRes or Avid formats. The Nauticam NA-Ninja V, when used with supported housings and cameras, allows for the connection of the Ninja V over HDMI 2.0 in addition to providing easy access to the Ninja V controls underwater. Atomos Ninja V The Atomos Ninja V is an exceptional monitor, featuring a bright 1000 nit 10-bit HDR 5.2" screen that can display over 10 stops of dynamic range with compatible cameras. The monitor includes a variety of exposure and focus assist tools to insure your footage is properly exposed with critical focus. In addition to being an extremely capable monitor, the Ninja V is also a recorder. When used with compatible cameras over HDMI 2.0, the Ninja V can record 4K at 60p in 10-bit 4:2:2 ProRes or DNxHR formats to Atomos AtomX SSDmini solid state drives. With a 1TB SSDmini drive, the Ninja V can record up to 150 minutes of 4K video. EXPOSURE TOOLS  The Ninja V exposure guides include a Waveform for luminance, RGB Parade for color balance, and Vector Scope for hue and saturation. These tools, especially useful for the underwater filmmaker, allow accurate and fast judging of exposure, even in the most uncooperative lighting scenarios. Even when recording Log or HDR footage, using Rec.709 or HLG monitoring displays the video on the screen adjusted to the levels of the chosen standard.. FOCUS TOOLS Critical focus can be achieved using various peaking tools. Focus Peaking Color displays the original color image with the sharpest areas outlined in a selectable color. Focus Peaking Mono provides the same overlay but on a monochrome image. Focus Assist Outline shows only the false color outline on a black background of the sharpest Areas.   THE NAUTICAM NA-NINJA V UNDERWATER HOUSING The Nauticam NA-Ninja V builds on the strong foundation Nauticam has built with previous Atomos monitor/recorder housings but is built around the new M28 large-bore bulkhead that supports HDMI 2.0. The Ninja V is easily mounted in the housing, dropping in without trays or other mounting accessories and is held in place by two rotating locking levers. The Ninja V features both an HDMI 2.0 input as well as an output and the NA-Ninja V supports both as well. With dual M28 bulkheads, a second HDMI cable can be run to another monitor. The Ninja V allows for the application of. cube format 3D LUTs to this output signal. The NA-Ninja V supports up to the NP-F970 size battery which provides up to two hours of run time. A CR-2032 battery powers the vacuum check and leak detection system. When used with the included Vacuum Valve, the system gives real-time feedback about the watertight integrity of the housing through an easily visible multi-color LED on the top of the housing. Access to the touchscreen controls of the Ninja V are handled via a series of buttons and a selector knob beneath the screen of the housing including PLAY, REC, MON, RGB, PEAK and the Muti-Selector Lever.

Atomos Shogun/Ninja Inferno/Flame (HDMI 2.0) Underwater Housing by Nauticam
The Nauticam Atomos Flame housing supports the Atomos Shogun Inferno and Shogun Flame, as well as the Ninja Inferno and Ninja Flame external recorders and monitors.  This enclosure is equipped with an M28 pass-through for HDMI 2.0 cables.   The enclosure offers an unobstructed view of the excellent 7" screen and provides access to the main touchscreen functions via buttons on the underside of the panel. Problem-free installation Installing Atomos Shogun or Ninja recorders couldn't be easier with the Nauticam Atomos Flame housing. The monitor simply slides in and is secured with three rotating latches. The back of the monitor is fully accessible, making media and battery changes quick and easy. Built-in cooling The processing power required to record professional video formats is enormous, and this workload generates heat. Shogun uses a cooling rail to dissipate heat in the air and to ensure normal operating temperatures in the water. Therefore, the Nauticam enclosure uses two active fans. These fans distribute the heat across the back of the enclosure where it can be effectively transferred into the water. The cooling system is powered by a dedicated Sony NP-F550 battery that provides approximately 12 hours of operation on a single charge.  An LED light and external switch allow the fans to be switched on and off from the outside of a sealed enclosure. The Nauticam Atomos Flame housing supports all Sony NP-F batteries with the exception of the NP-F970 and Atomos NP-960 as they are too large for the housing.   Vacuum testing and leak detection system The Nauticam vacuum testing and leak detection system and vacuum valve are included as standard in the Shogun enclosure.  This monitoring system provides constant updates on the watertight and safe condition of the enclosure.  A simple coded LED lighting system indicates to the user that the vacuum is tight or that the enclosure is losing vacuum. Leak detection is integrated into the same circuit so that an audible and visual indication is given in the event of water Ingress.

Sony A7C Underwater Housing by Nauticam
Sony's latest full frame mirrorless camera, the a7C offers the underwater image maker one of the most compact and travel friendly full frame systems available on the market today.  The a7C features Sony's latest stellar autofocus and a much improved battery life thanks to its use of the larger Z series battery. The BIONZ X processor delivers superb low-light performance and faster image processing. For video shooters, the a7C features internal UHD 4K capture in the wide-dynamic range HLG image profile at up to 30p. THE SONY A7C FULL FRAME CAMERA The 24MP Sony a7C is Sony's newest and smallest full frame camera.  It resembles a body size closer to the APS-C sensor Sony a6600, yet offers the same hybrid, real-time tracking autofocus system as the higher-end alpha models from Sony.  It offers 5-axis image stabilization and can shoot bursts up to 10fps with auto focus.   Key Camera Specs 24MP BSI CMOS full frame sensor "Real-time tracking" AF System Oversampled 4K video up to 30p (1.2x crop), including 8-bit S-Log and HLG Continuous shooting up 10fps 3.0" 921.6k-Dot Vari-Angle Touchscreen 2.36m-Dot OLED Electronic Viewfinder 5-Axis In-Body Image Stabilization Large 'Z-type' battery, rated to 740 shots per charge While the a7C shares a great deal in common with the a7 III, the biggest standout difference is the size.  According to Sony, the a7C is the world's smallest full frame interchangeable lens camera with in body stabilization.  Not only is it much smaller, but the a7C also gained Sony's latest auto focus technology making this a clear competitor in the compact mirrorless market.  Along with the a7C, Sony also introduced the compact FE 28-60mm f/4-5.6 lens which is fully compatible with both the Nauticam WWL-1 and WACP-1.     THE NAUTICAM NA-A7C UNDERWATER HOUSING Nauticam is the industry leader in mirrorless interchangeable lens underwater camera support. Nauticam has housed more mirrorless cameras, and more Sony E Mount cameras than any other housing manufacturer. This experience results in the most evolved housing line with broadest range of accessories available today. Pioneering optical accessories elevate performance to a new level. Magnifying viewfinders, the sharpest super macro accessory lenses ever made, and now the highest quality water contact wide angle lenses (the WWL-1 and WACP-1) combine with the NA-A7C housing to form a complete imaging system. Nauticam is known for ergonomics, and an unmatched experience. Key controls are placed at the photographer’s fingertips. The housing and accessories are light weight, and easy to assemble. The camera drops in without any control presetting, and lens port changes are effortless. NA-A7C features an integrated handle system. This ergonomic style provides exceptional control access, even with thick gloves, with ideal placement of the shutter release and a thumb-lever to actuate the AF-ON button from the right handle. Nauticam build quality is well known by underwater photographers around the globe. The housing is machined from a solid block of aluminum, then hard anodized making it impervious to salt water corrosion. Marine grade stainless and plastic parts complete the housing, and it is backed by a two year warranty against manufacturing defects. PREMIUM OPTICS Several in-house Nauticam optical designs, designed by founder and Managing Director Edward Lai, are the perfect lenses to pair with an a7C underwater system. The magic of the water contact lenses is their tremendous versatility, paired with outstanding in-water performance. Both macro and super wide angle optics are available to the underwater photographer on the same dive. These lenses are completely engineered for use in water, providing the highest image quality available today in a water contact optic.  While there are many options, we'll focus on the most compact and versatile setup to match the travel friendly size of the a7C.   WWL-1 is a wide angle conversion lens, compatible with the Sony FE 28-60mm f/4-5.6 lens, providing 130 degree diagonal field of view with full zoom through! The WWL-1 offers class leading center sharpness, corner sharpness, and contrast resulting in some of the best wide angle images possible underwater. CMC-1 and CMC-2 provide the best macro performance for the Sony FE 28-60mm f/4-5.6 lens, with two different magnification strengths, suitable for a wide variety of macro subjects.  CMC-2 is less strong, making it easier to use with more accurate autofocus. CMC-1 is best suited for the smallest of macro subjects. Macro enthusiasts will surely want both! FAST AND RELIABLE FLASH TRIGGERING Reliable rapid fire manual flash triggering is available with the NA-A7C for a variety of optically fired flashes when used with the LED Flash Trigger (NA26302). The NA-A7C comes fiber optic ready and accepts the Universal Fiber Optic Cable (NA26216). Strobes and light arms can be attached to the housing via included 1″ accessory mounting balls.  Electrical strobe triggering is still an option for those with an investment in legacy lighting gear, requiring the purchase of an accessory electrical bulkhead (NA25056). INTEGRATED VACUUM CHECK AND LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM The Nauticam vacuum check and leak detection system is available with NA-A7C as standard equipment. Combined with an optional vacuum valve (PN 25624), this monitoring system provides constant updates on the water tight and safe-to-dive status of the housing. A simple coded LED lighting system lets the user know that the vacuum is solid, or that the housing is losing vacuum. Leak detection is built into the same circuit, so if there is water intrusion, an audible and visual indication will occur.
