THE RED WEAPON CAMERA BRAIN The RED cinema camera system revolves around the BRAIN which houses the sensor and to which all additional components are attached. This modular approach allows the user to use only the parts they need and create a streamlined purpose-fit rig. The RED Weapon works off the DSMC2 form factor, the smallest and lightest RED BRAIN to date. Weapon BRAINS can be purchased with one of three sensors, each with unique characteristics and resolutions. Monstro 8K VV Featuring the Vista Vision full-frame 8K sensor, this is the latest RED Weapon. The 35.4MP CMOS sensor offers full frame lens coverage and over 17 stops of dynamic range. Helium 8K S35 The Helium 8K 35.4MP CMOS sensor offers Super 35 format and received the highest rating of any sensor on DxOMark. Gemini 5K S35 Gemini is RED's highest sensitivity sensor to date and offers significantly increased performance in low-light settings and improved performance in shadows. Dragon-X 6K S35 Dragon-X features the industry workhorse and award-winning DRAGON sensor, now with IPP2, delivering 6K cinematic imagery in a Super 35 format. Additional Weapon Specs All Weapon BRAINS are capable of data write speeds of 300 MB/s and are able to write simultaneously in REDCODE RAW as well as Apple ProRes or Avid DNxHR/HD allowing for a faster and more streamlined post-processing workflow. 8K offers 17x more resolution than HD and 4x more than 4K allowing for unparalleled sharpness. RED DSMC2 BRAINS can be configured to accept Canon EF, Nikon, Leica-M or PL lenses by swapping lens mounts. Changing lens mounts is as simple as removing four screws. This also gives access to the OLPF which can also be swapped. THE NAUTICAM WEAPON LT UNDERWATER HOUSING The Nauticam Weapon LT housing is the smallest, lightest, and easiest to operate underwater housing for RED Cameras available. On location, the usability of this system is unmatched. Set up and tear down in minutes, easily swap batteries and recording media while the camera is mounted in the housing, and lens changes in seconds. The small size and light weight dramatically decrease resistance in water, especially when free diving. This version of the housing uses the N120 port system which allows for the use of even the largest diameter DSLR lenses such as the Canon Ultra-Wide Zoom EF 11-24mm f/4 USM. When paired with the Monstro VV sensor the Weapon will capture the full 126º05' rectilinear field of view. EXTERNAL MONITOR SUPPORT The Weapon LT housing supports the use of optional bulkheads to support a variety of external monitors with either SDI or LEMO connectivity. With LEMO support the use of the REDTOUCH monitor is possible removing the need for monitor battery changes as was necessary with SDI monitors like the SmallHD. INTEGRATED VACUUM CHECK AND LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM The Nauticam vacuum check and leak detection system is shipped with Weapon LT as standard equipment. Combined with an accessory vacuum valve (PN 25625), this monitoring system provides constant updates on the water tight and safe-to-dive status of the housing. A simple color coded LED lighting system lets the user know that the vacuum is solid, or that the housing is losing vacuum. Leak detection is built into the same circuit, so if there is water intrusion, an audible and visual indication will occur. The Nauticam system is temperature compensated, eliminating false alarms caused by a change in outside temperature, or from a camera heating up on an action packed dive. Canon beschreibt die EOS C200 Cinema Camera als eine "sofort einsatzbereite" Produktionskamera. Bei Verwendung von CFast 2.0-Karten kann die C200 DCI 4K in Canons proprietärem Cinema RAW Light mit 59,94P in 10bit und 29,97P in 12bit sowie 2K (oversampled) mit 120/100p aufzeichnen. Integriert in die Kamera sind ein kamerainterner Neutraldichtefilter, der fünf Stufen der Neutraldichte bei 2, 4, 6, 8 und 10 Blendenstufen ermöglicht, sowie ein elektronischer Sucher, der den ITU-R BT.2100 (PQ)-Standard für HDR sehr genau nachbilden kann, so dass der Kameramann den vollen Dynamikbereich des Bildes bei der Aufnahme besser erkennen kann. Für Unterwasser-Videofilmer gab es schon immer zwei wichtige Knackpunkte, mit denen Kameras von oben" bei Unterwasseraufnahmen nicht gut zurechtkamen: Autofokus und Weißabgleich. Die C200 wird bei Unterwasserfotografen genau aus diesen beiden Gründen sehr beliebt sein, denn sie verfügt über das, was als "Canon Color" bekannt geworden ist, d. h. über die einzigartige Fähigkeit von Canon, bessere Ergebnisse beim manuellen Weißabgleich zu erzielen als jeder andere Kamerahersteller, sowie über den Canon Dual Pixel AF, bei dem zwei Fotodioden hinter jedem Pixel eingesetzt werden, um die Autofokusfähigkeiten der Kamera zu verbessern. Das Gehäuse beinhaltet die neueste Version der ehrwürdigen Nauticam Cinema Skids mit Schienen, auf denen die zugehörigen Trimmgewichte bewegt werden können, um eine perfekte Trimmung für die Aufnahme zu erreichen.  Die Montage am Gehäuse selbst ermöglicht auch die direkte Befestigung der Trimmgewichte, um entweder eine feste Trimmung zu ermöglichen oder bei Verwendung von Stativbeinen anstelle der Kufen. Das Gehäuse nimmt die Canon BP-A30 und größere BP-A60 Batterien auf und bietet so viel Laufzeit.  Wie bei früheren Cinema-Systemgehäusen verfügt die Nauticam NA-C200 über große Bedienknöpfe für Fokus und Zoom sowie über Markierungsscheiben, die entfernt und mit der gewünschten Objektivposition oder Fokusinformation markiert werden können. Der NA-C200 wird mit der installierten Nauticam-Vakuumkontroll- und Lecksuchelektronik geliefert und gibt mit dem Zusatz eines Vakuumventils temperaturkompensierte (wichtig für Kinokameras, die erhebliche Sensorwärme erzeugen) optische Anzeigen über eine große mehrfarbige LED auf der Rückseite des Gehäuses hinsichtlich der Wasserdichtigkeit des Systems.

Taking advantage of the small form factor of the C500 Mark II and the C300 Mark III, the Nauticam NA-C500II is both ultra-portable yet offers full access to the camera's critical functions. Nauticam has taken a modular approach to the this system, similar to that of the DCS housings for RED and ARRI cameras with a wide variety of add-ons from top-handles to skids and movable trim weights. The NA-C500II features multiple bulkhead openings for HDMI/SDI Bulkheads to support an external monitor or surface monitor feed.  The housing also supports the Canon LM-V2 4.3" LCD monitor in the rear of the housing for a more streamlined approach. The housing includes the newest version of the venerable Nauticam Cinema Skids that feature tracks along which the optional trim weights can be moved to achieve perfect trim for the shot. Mounts on the housing itself also allow for direct attachment of the trim weights to allow for either a fixed trim or for when using tripod legs instead of the skids. The housing will accommodate the Canon BP-A30 and larger BP-A60 batteries, providing plenty of run time. As with previous Cinema System housings, the Nauticam NA-C500II features large control knobs for focus and zoom which also feature marking disks that can be removed and marked with the desired lens position or focus information. PREMIUM PROFESSIONAL OPTICS Optical performance is just as necessary as camera performance and this becomes even more critical given the challenges of filming underwater. The Nauticam NA-C500II uses the same N120 Port System as the previous NA-C200 housing which makes for a seamless transition for those upgrading to the C500 Mark II or C300 Mark III. While this system provides exceptional optical-glass and flat port solutions for a wide variety of EF-mount lenses, the real power can be realized using Nauticam's Water Contact Optics. This lineup of dry and wet lenses are conceived using commercial lens-design software to achieve truly unparalleled underwater image quality both for stills and video in both macro and wide-angle situations. The WACP-1 and WACP-2 achieve ultra-wide 130º fields-of-view with reduced distortion over conventional optics while featuring ~0" minimum focus distances, zoom through capabilities and unbeatable corner sharpness at even wide-open apertures such as F5.6. The SMC-1 and SMC-2 macro wet-optics, when used with the Canon 100mm F2.8 macro lens provide 2x and 4x magnification respectively and the SMC-1 actually provides a resulting image with increased contrast and sharpness than the 100mm lens itself can achieve in air without a magnifier.
